Core infrastructure subprocessors

valie media GmbH uses the following subprocessors to provide moreflow's core hosted service. We deliberately keep this list short and keep the core data region in Germany.

| Subprocessor | Purpose | Data categories | Processing location | | ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------------- | | Hetzner Online GmbH | Hosting of application, API, worker, file, and supporting services | Account data, customer content, documents, communications, technical and log data | Germany | | PlanetScale, Inc. | Managed PostgreSQL database and backups | Account, CRM, workflow, configuration, integration, and other platform records | AWS eu-central-1, Frankfurt, Germany |

PlanetScale operates the database on AWS infrastructure in the selected Frankfurt region. PlanetScale states that data for a database created in a European region does not leave that region unless an additional read-only region is configured.

Customer-enabled providers

External services that a customer actively connects or requests—such as calendar, email, advertising, payment, telephony, messaging, or AI providers—are not part of moreflow's core infrastructure list above. They receive only the data needed for the enabled function and operate under the customer's configuration and the provider's applicable terms.

Changes to this list

We review this list whenever our core infrastructure changes. Where contractually required, customers will receive advance notice before a new core subprocessor begins processing customer data.
