Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Introduction

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets forth the conditions under which the software moreflow.io, provided by valie media GmbH, may be used. The AUP applies to all customers and users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") of the software. By using moreflow.io, you agree to the terms of this AUP.

2. Purpose of the Software

moreflow.io is a software solution for customer relationship management (CRM), calendars, digital contracts, automated invoicing, and online payments. The software is intended exclusively for corporate customers who sell their services or coaching to companies and end customers.

3. User Responsibilities

Legally Compliant Use: The use of moreflow.io must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, and violations of data protection laws, are strictly prohibited.

Use by Authorized Users Only: Access to moreflow.io may only be granted to authorized users of the respective company. Sharing access credentials with unauthorized third parties is prohibited.

Correct and Complete Information: Users must ensure that all information entered into the software is correct and up-to-date, particularly regarding invoicing and contract management.

4. Prohibited Activities

Abusive Use: Using moreflow.io for activities that could disrupt or damage the normal operation of the software is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking, denial-of-service attacks (DDoS), and the distribution of malware.

Violation of Third-Party Rights: It is prohibited to use the software to infringe upon copyrights, trademark rights, or other intellectual property rights. This includes the unauthorized uploading of copyrighted material.

Inappropriate Content: Using moreflow.io to distribute obscene, offensive, or discriminatory material is prohibited.

5. Payment Processing

Payment Service Providers: Current online payment processing is handled via Stripe. PayPal will also be integrated as a payment service provider in the future. Users are responsible for complying with the terms of service of these third-party providers.

Prohibition of Payment Fraud: Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions or manipulate payment information will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension of access.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

Monitoring Rights: valie media GmbH reserves the right to monitor the use of moreflow.io to ensure compliance with this AUP.

Sanctions for Violations: In the event of violations of this AUP, valie media GmbH may take measures including, but not limited to, suspending access to the software, terminating the contract, and initiating legal proceedings.

7. Limitation of Liability

No Liability for Usage Errors: valie media GmbH assumes no liability for damages resulting from improper use of the software, including but not limited to incorrect invoicing or contract documentation.

External Services: valie media GmbH is not responsible for outages, errors, or data protection breaches caused by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

8. Changes to the AUP

valie media GmbH reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Users will be notified of changes in an appropriate manner. Continued use of moreflow.io after the changes take effect constitutes agreement to the new terms.
